We would like to also draw your attention to these two interesting international organizations that deal with startup failures as well. They connect people and let them share and learn from each other in distinctive ways

  • The first one is the Fuckup Nights. You may have heard of this organization because it organizes public events all around the world, in every major city, and invites successful established entrepreneurs to share their most peculiar mistakes with the public and how they learned from them. Their name is intentionally controversial, but you can listen to many compelling stories of failure and victory. Worth checking their site too if there is some upcoming event in your city.
  • The second one is the FailCon. With a nameless controversial, this is a similar initiative to the Fuckup Nights. It organizes events in the six biggest business cities around the world and spreads the lessons learned from failures by well-established entrepreneurs from various industries. You can listen to some great stories in their video library on their website.

Startup Failures to Learn from Them

We know that the fear of failing can be really a big “threat” sometimes. Another great way to eliminate the risks of failure is to study what other startups did and examine the failures they made. You will learn that lot of startups made some crucial mistakes by not planning properly or simply because they didn’t find the right product or service fit for their customers. This can be prevented by your good preparation and research. If you would like to know more about what you can learn from other startup mistakes, please check this article on our blog here.
