You need to give not only an attractive offer, but you need to give value in that attractive offer, and I think that’s really important because it’s about building trust. So if you give them like this much for free, there’s so much information, you save them time, you save them money and you’ve built a trust with them. And that’s why it’s very important is to, like I said, building trust a big example of value, and this would a lot of marketers or in general, people who are new to the online market out there are struggling with is giving away information that you would usually charge, for free. I have a paper called course, so it teaches people how to make money from generating leads or calls for businesses. And I gave away a huge part of this course for free, or I give a lot of my resources out for free instead of charging people. and also being realistic with your prices. These days, the markets become oversaturated with people saying things like, the usual price of this is 35 million dollars, but you’ll get it today for 97 dollars; try to stay realistic, but also give a huge amount of value for free. And once you do that, don’t be stingy with that. That’s a key thing is not to be stingy. I know it hurts. Some people think I don’t want to tell so much information because I’m giving them all the things. No, don’t think like that because listen, just take it from me too. I tell it, teach people to how to build a, eCommerce shop, even though that’s in my package, but it could be, they try them sounds saying, “Hmm, I still don’t work. I want to check to make sure it’s secure. I’ll just hire them instead”. You know, so works out in the long-term. It’s a long, think of it as an investment. I would say most of the time, what I’ve seen so far is people usually do it to up-sell on certain things. So of course you have people that do it for information, but I would say 85% of is upselling on things because usually the stuff that you can put in your newsletter for just plain information, if you’re a person who’s doesn’t have a problem with being on YouTube or writing blogs, usually that same information, your newsletter would be on your website or your social media channels anyways. So yeah, I would say most of the time, just my opinion though, is in fact most of the time I’ve seen it just for upselling on out of product or upselling on something else a bit later. So offering something that’s of high value, a lot later. You don’t need to, have an offer for your newsletter, just put so much value out there that people will come to it on their own. So if you write a blog and it’s a really good blog, you notice you’re getting a lot of traffic on there, people are commenting on it. Put all of that blog, sign up for my newsletter, join my newsletter list, example. You’ve given the value, then you take the new email address after, that’s all you have to do. You don’t even have to make an offer, just give them value. That’s it.
