The woman’s natural flow and cycles are a complete reflection of the cycles and flow we observe in nature. I really like to use the metaphor how a woman is completely mirroring of what happens in nature in terms of cycles. We can see, for example, that nature has four seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter. We also see the moon cycles with respectively the other four phases of the moon, the new moon, the growing moon, the full moon and the decreasing moon. This also is mirrored in the female body, especially in her menstrual cycle and we can see the same four phases in terms of menstruation, pre-ovulation, ovulation and premenstrual phase. And in that sense, think what really includes in the woman’s menstrual cycle is actually the same principles that governs the nature and the cosmos are reflected in her own body and this is the blueprint of creation. And her cycle is not just a blueprint for creating babies, but she can use this potential for creating projects, for creating the life she desires, for meeting respectively, a mate that she likes to be with. So basically it is a tool that can be used for everything in life as a guidance.
Woman’s well-being is very much connected with her hormonal balance and hormonal cycles, and when I say hormonal and menstrual cycle, I really actually want to make a point here that from my own experience working with women, I discovered that most women associate the menstrual cycle only with menstruation, which is actually only a small part of one quarter of the menstrual cycle itself. And in reality, we are in constant fluctuations or ebb and flow of hormones during our menstruating years, which starts with the first menstruation and it ends in menopause, that inevitably shows that we are constantly experiencing hormonal changes on a daily basis. And that affects our sense of well-being in terms of health, in terms of sexual desire, muscle strength, motivation, productivity, logic, creativity, appetite, metabolism. So basically every aspect of our life is impacted by our hormonal changes, which naturally occurs when we have a healthy menstrual cycle. And knowing how our perception of the world and ourselves changes due to this hormonal changes can help us a lot to keep a certain level of objectivity and manage our relationships and daily responsibilities. So in that sense, knowing in depth how your menstrual cycle works and what kind of patterns you naturally follow during your cycle, a woman is very much prepared to manage her sense of well-being and success.
