Enjoy Benefits of a Personal Brand

Personal Branding can help you to reach your goals in the long run. So it’s not a quick fix as I said before. Personal Branding has five main benefits if you’ll ask me. First one is you increase your market value over time. This comes in a few different ways. For example, it leads to more leads. It leads to better leads if you’re an entrepreneur. If you want to raise your prices, Personal Branding can help you in the long run. If you are an employee, you can ask for better salary and be promoted much faster.
But I think the most important thing is that you find more satisfaction and recognition for the work that you do. And all the other nice things that I told you before they will come anyway. So that’s the first benefit. So you will increase your market value. The second one is you will stand out, you will be very authentic and different from everybody else who does the same thing that you do. The third thing is you are super authentic and you add value, and others will start to see you as an expert in your specific field. So what I want is when people think branding, they think about me in my area, of course.
The next one is you increase your self-awareness because branding, it has a lot to do with personal development as well. So you increase your self-awareness and you are more focused, especially entrepreneurs really like this benefit of Personal Branding: being more focused. You get noticed by the right audience or not by everyone, but the people that you want to reach. The last one is my favorite. And that is a benefit that has to do with creating ambassadors because you cannot be everywhere all the time.
So the best thing is to find people who are very enthusiastic about what you do about your work, and they tell others about it so they recommend you. Great example that I always use is Beyoncé, because she’s very authentic. She knows why and how our brand stands out. And she knows how to connect with her ideal client with the right means. Did you know that she managed to rebrand herself six times in 20 years? Maybe you remember Sasha Fierce? or Mrs. Carter? These are just two examples of sub-brands that Beyoncé created around herself. And if you would like to find out more about how she did that and what you can learn from this, you can find a blog about this on my website.
