Tracey Jewel Constable is a social impact practitioner, researcher, and founder dedicated to helping women turn their ideas, lived experience, and leadership into meaningful and sustainable impact.
She is currently completing postgraduate studies in social impact, focusing on how lived experience, inclusion, and community-led design can shape more effective, ethical, and human-centered systems.
Tracey is the founder of Inclusive Mamas Club, a national initiative supporting mothers of neurodivergent children through peer support, practical tools, and community-led programs. She also founded Self Made Spectrum, creating inclusive entrepreneurship and skill-building pathways for neurodivergent children and young people.
Through her work, Tracey brings together research, real-life experience, and community insight to build spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
