I really encourage you to take the step in leadership. It can be frightening. Because of course, you know, it’s new, it’s difficult. And most people do not take leadership position because they do not dare. Think about this diverse society we can build together, if women are able to take decision and change the world. I really count on you to take that risk.
We need more female leaders because we just miss out an important part. Female leaders do work differently. They think differently. They have different ideas. We just miss something important. And we miss the energy, and we miss the ideas. For me it’s evident, it is no question. Leadership is not a position that you take, it’s a skill. And this is something that has to be developed slowly, that has to be learnt. It’s something that you grow into. So if you don’t start today, you won’t be able to do it tomorrow. It’s very simple. I want to encourage you to do things your way. And also to challenge the way business has been done up to now.
I really really believe in female leaders leading us into the new. And I believe that it is the female leaders that will first take on the next level of consciousness. And really lead us into being our full human capacity. And that is embracing our feminine and our masculine qualities. So I stand behind each female leader and say let’s go. Let’s make this new world a better world.
You were born for this. You were born to make an impact. You came here with a dream, with a vision. With a unique set of gifts that nobody else has. I dare you to follow your path. Because guess what? You are here for a reason. You know it. Deepen your heart. You feel the calling. And the question is: Will you answer the calling? I hope you do. And please know. You have what it takes. You have the courage. You have the skills. You have that authentic core, that will guide you forward. The only thing you need to do is listen. Listen to yourself. Be authentic. Stay in your truth. Express who you are. Be your own best friend for this journey. Hold yourself through tough times. Trust. You can do this.
