Tanja Dzido is a Personal Branding and LinkedIn Strategist with over 15 years of experience in the communications industry, helping professionals and companies turn their expertise into visibility, credibility, and real industry impact.

Her work focuses on building strong personal brands, optimizing LinkedIn presence, and driving business growth through authentic positioning. More recently, she has specialized in the strategic use of AI in business communication and personal branding. She holds AI certifications from Google, Microsoft, IBM, and London Business School, and contributes as a lecturer in a national program advancing AI literacy.

As the first LinkedIn trainer in Croatia and a market leader in personal branding, she has supported over 370 clients and trained more than 2,700 professionals across corporate programs.

She is a Central European StartUp Awards winner, recognized as Diversity Role Model of the Year (2023) and Female Role Model of the Year (2019), and regularly speaks and mentors with a focus on authenticity and impact.
