Josephine Worlali Adatsi is a gender advocate, leadership strategist, and public speaker focused on confidence, communication, and women’s leadership. She is the Founder of the Josephine Worlali Adatsi Initiative, where she designs programs that help young women build their voice, self-belief, and practical leadership skills to thrive in professional and entrepreneurial spaces.
Her work has impacted women across several African countries. In Ghana, she has empowered over 300 students through the BoldNBrilliant Conference and trained more than 100 young women in Somalia in public speaking and media confidence. She has also contributed to leadership and gender conversations in Tanzania and spoken at platforms such as the African Digital Summit.
Josephine serves with the UNFPA Youth Leadership (YoLe) Programme in Ghana and holds leadership roles with Africa Youth Forum International. Her work is grounded in lived experience, helping women turn confidence into action.
