Izabella Morais is a Program Manager with over 10 years of experience driving innovation across NGOs, private companies, and EU-funded projects. She excels in designing impactful programs, fostering collaboration, and achieving KPIs in sectors like sustainability, finance, and social innovation.

Co-founder of Madis, Brazil’s largest women’s innovation network, she has led projects aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals, including partnerships with the Brazil Stock Exchange. Izabella is an advocate of ethical design, serving as a professor and content creator on the topic. She also mentors and judges for the Empower Now Program at Impact Hub Berlin.
