Co-founder of Madis, Brazil’s largest women’s innovation network, she has led projects aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals, including partnerships with the Brazil Stock Exchange. Izabella is an advocate of ethical design, serving as a professor and content creator on the topic. She also mentors and judges for the Empower Now Program at Impact Hub Berlin.
