Bobbie Carlton is the founder of Carlton PR & Marketing, Innovation Nights, and Innovation Women — what she calls her day job, night job, and dream job.

Through Innovation Nights, she has helped launch over 1,500 products for startups that have collectively raised more than $4 billion in funding. She has also worked closely with event organizers globally to create more diverse and inclusive speaker lineups.
