Ana Clara Tripolone is the Head of Entrepreneurial Development at Ousaria Negócios, where she leads the design and delivery of programs supporting women, youth entrepreneurs, and individuals from underserved communities, including women in tech.

Her work combines innovation with human-centered approaches and a strong focus on inclusive growth. Through her programs, she has already impacted more than 500 participants across different regions of Brazil, helping them build skills, confidence, and sustainable opportunities.

Ana Clara holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She is also the Curator of the Florianópolis Hub of Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum initiative, where she leads social and environmental projects focused on community development and local innovation.
