I am Agnieszka Walorska, founder and CEO of mika. After moving from Poland to Germany for studies, I built my first company in 2011, a digital product agency focused on finance, insurance, and regulated industries, which I successfully sold to a major financial services consulting firm in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in digital products and 7 years specializing in AI and data products, I combine deep technical expertise with firsthand understanding of the challenges small businesses face. Having experienced bureaucracy as a key burden in my first company, I founded mika with the mission of solving this challenge for other entrepreneurs.
