With over 15 years of international experience in innovation, venture building and technology commercialisation, she works at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship and investment.

Having lived and worked across five countries, Aleksandra brings a global perspective to supporting deep-tech founders, helping them access funding, build strategic partnerships and navigate international markets.
Based between Miami and Madrid, she works across the European and US innovation ecosystems, supporting startups in scaling breakthrough technologies and accessing international funding opportunities. She is also actively involved in European initiatives supporting women-led deep-tech companies, including WE-RISE.
