Aishwarya Malhi, Co-founder of Rebalance and the Rebalance Angel Community, is an investor, board member, and India’s youngest Independent Director (At 30 years old in Dec 2025). She launched Rebalance at 23, making her one of the youngest female founders of an accelerator and angel community. At Rebalance, she’s building the country’s most active early-stage ecosystem on a mission to see more women as founders and funders.

She grew up across Hong Kong, China and India, finishing high school in Gurugram (GD Goenka World School) in 2012. She completed her undergrad from Singapore (SIM – University of London) where she did BSc Hons in Business and Management. Prior to Rebalance, she joined Emmfer, a machine learning startup based in Singapore right after college where she gained exposure to the 0-1 journey of an early-stage startup. She came to India in 2016, where she met Vikas through a school friend.
