Today, she is the founder of Celeste Warren Consulting, where she supports organizations in building equitable systems, cultures, and opportunities that drive meaningful, lasting change.

A TEDx speaker and published author, Celeste challenges traditional approaches to diversity by focusing on transforming systems — not just individuals. She is also the co-founder of Destination STEM, a nonprofit supporting students of color pursuing careers in science and technology.
