Dr. Irene Udebuana is a medical doctor, medical robotics specialist, and social impact leader working at the intersection of health, technology, and sustainability.
At just 22, during her final year of medical school at the University of Nigeria, she founded KIDS IN LET, a social enterprise empowering children in rural communities with leadership and STEM skills to address plastic pollution and climate change locally and globally.
Her work aligns closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). Irene has gained international recognition, speaking at platforms such as the International Youth Conference and a United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) webinar on youth leadership in the circular economy.
She was nominated for the SME100 Nigeria 25 Under 25 Awards and continues to speak globally on environmental sustainability, innovation, and the role of women in tech and leadership.
