Not Being Taken Seriously as a Woman

The most important is first you. You need to believe in yourself. You have to take yourself seriously if you want people to take you seriously. So, what advice would you give to yourself? Get someone to help you to do the task at home so that you can focus on your career? Would you say to yourself…? Be visible! Wear some heels! If you’re a petite, and men around, you are tall! Be there, show up! If you’re invited, come, come early. Talk and take space. If you are not invited, ask why; and make sure you will be invited next time. You know, you need to be standing strong on your opinion if you want to be seen, visible, and taken seriously. And… of course, don’t forget to be yourself! Because once you’re visible, what will remain, is your own self, your own personality.
